Serves 6-8

  • 1-2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1-2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1-2 cups blueberries, fresh
  • 1-2 cups blackberries, fresh
  • 1-2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups of lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup mint, minced

Instructions:

  1. Place all fruit in a large bowl and gently toss.
  2. Whisk lemon juice, mint, lemon zest, and honey together in a small bowl; drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.

Serve & enjoy!

Tip: Substitute or add any ready-to-eat fruit, like chopped peaches, or raspberries.
